Each use case starts from a concrete challenge within the organisation. This may involve budget overruns, underperforming suppliers, technological limitations, processes that slow down the business, or a lack of clear responsibilities and direction. From an independent governance perspective, we analyse the issue and identify its underlying causes. We then determine where processes, technology, suppliers, data or decision-making need to be adjusted in order to restore a manageable and future-ready operating environment.
We never look at technology in isolation. People, processes, data, responsibilities and governance are always treated as part of the same solution.
